I’m Kim - the founder of Alkemy Performance, with over 18 years of experience in the self-development, facilitation, sales, coaching and leadership space.
A qualified life and business coach, I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation, with a strong diverse background in FMCG Sales, leadership, business and human resources gained from study, consulting, coaching and mentoring.
My leadership experience and small business certification and knowledge enables me to help make transformational shifts in leadership capability. I coach and work with small business enterprises to gain clarity on their mission, purpose and ultimately “their why” in life and in their businesses.
I am a strong advocate of diversity, inclusion and female leadership - project managing this in my last corporate role. My specialty is helping parents adjust to the new demands returning to work, whilst balancing their home ground.
I help parents fulfill their personal goals and ambitions while reducing stress by creating clear paths, focus & direction with minimal anxiety and ambiguity.
On a personal note, I am a mother of two beautiful girls who inspire me and teach me to be better every day. My journey as a leader and a parent has taught me that every individual possesses unique talents and strengths waiting to be harnessed.
