THE MINDSHIFT ACCELERATOR is for people who want to make change in their lives but are feeling really stuck and are requiring clarity to start action. It takes time (roughly three months) and practice to build new neural pathways which serve us rather than inhibit our success.

Working with me over three months provides you with the backing to go for what it is that you want and trust that we can address anything getting in the way.

Six sessions spaced over three months. The first two sessions will be weekly and then fortnightly thereafter.

Initial session: 90 minutes | 5 follow up sessions: 60 minutes

A journal will be provided for the duration of this coaching journey for you to use for notes and a source of inspiration, including tools and tips to navigate you through this season!

3 Month Package (6 Sessions): $190 per session or $950 upfront payment.
