  Initial session: 90 minutes (Zoom or Face to Face).

  Follow up sessions: 60 minutes.

  10 minute laser coaching calls allocated in between sessions.

  Access to various tools on self care & burnout, setting boundaries and techniques to boost your confidence and develop a strong leadership presence.

  Tips for effective communication and influencing others.

  Access to online booking calendar.

4 session package price: $190 per session or $700 upfront payment.
